Made from 100% Viognier grapes picked at optimal ripeness, this dessert wine features notes of peach, pear, honey and subtle floral tones. It finishes with fresh, bright stone fruit. Enjoy on its own or pair with a pear tart, tropical fruit parfait, a cheese platter or gelato.

Rather than rely on the winter's freeze, we captured the moment ourselves. Harvested at ideal ripeness under autumn skies, the grapes were gently frozen to concentrate their natural sweetness and preserve vibrant fruit flavours. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel for 10 months, allowing its character to unfold.
