The Okanagan Valley in 2019 experienced cooler than average growing temperatures resulting in shorter available hang time for some vineyards. This did not stop our Pinot Noir vineyards from developing well above average, with Brix at harvest being 21.1%. Our 2019 Rosé is predominately Pinot Noir with small a small percentage of Merlot. Each lot of hand-picked grapes were left to cold soak on the skins for 72 hours and then fermented separately by varietal and vineyard site. This classic French style Rosé includes free run from our Winemaker’s favorite Pinot Noir vineyard. Rose petal, strawberry and rhubarb aromas pair with cherry and citrus on the palate. Fermented dry, this elegant Rosé finishes with refreshing crisp acidity.
