2021 Premier Syrah

100% Syrah harvested from mature vineyards from the Okanagan Valley and Similkameen Valley. Only the top quality grapes, classified by the 3 opitcal sorters on the crush pad, went into making this decadent wine. The Syrah shows notes of dark cherry, plum with black pepper and coffee on the finish. A favorite of our Senior Winemaker right off the press. Aged only 10 months in French and American oak barrels. 24 hr cold soak followed by manual punch downs completed twice daily and finished in new and used French and American oak barrels for 10 months.

Pairings: Grilled meats, hard cheeses, and chocolate fondue.
